NextGen is an exciting initiative to create awareness of the MILO T20 Blast program as well as the Big Bash NextGen concept. A Cricket NSW staff member will organise the children to run onto the field and take their place in a fielding position. When their designated team run out to take the field, the W/BBL players will have the cap with them to give to the child. They will each meet one child in a fielding position located on the 30m circle. The player will sign the child’s hat with the sharpie, which the child will hand to the player. Shake the players hand and run off the field with the staff member with their new signed W/BBL Players Cap!
