Terms & Conditions

JUNIOR DEFINITION

Members must be aged under 16 at 18 December 2017 (born after 18 December 2001). Proof of age must be produced upon request.

CONCESSION DEFINITION

Valid concession types are as follows:

Holders of a Pension Card issued by:

    * Centrelink

    * Department of Health and Community Services

    * Department of Community Services

    * Department of Veteran Affairs

    * Pension Types include:

    * Aged Pension

    * Disability Support

    * War Veteran

    * Single Supporting Parents

    * Disability Carers

    * War Widows

    * TPI Pensions

    * Carers Card

Student concession types include:

    * Full time Secondary School Students (16-18)

    * Full time Tertiary Students

Tertiary Student identification MUST state that the student is full time. If not, the student must provide supporting documentation from the enrolled school proving full time status.

All Concession ticket holders must produce their Concession cards at the gate.

MAGENTA ZONE 2 GAME MEMBERSHIP

The Magenta Zone 2 Game Membership allows entry to any two games played at the SCG EXCLUDING the Sydney Smash between the Sixers and Thunder. If you would like to attend the Sydney Smash you will need to upgrade to a Magenta Zone 3 Game Smash Membership or purchase tickets through ticketek.com.au

Only one (1) entry per game is valid on each membership card.

Once two (2) matches have been attended your barcode will be frozen and will no longer work for upcoming Sixers games at the SCG.

If you would like to add more games to your membership card you can do so by calling 1800 SIXERS or emailing membership@sydneysixers.com.au

MAGENTA ZONE 3 GAME SMASH MEMBERSHIP

The Magenta Zone 3 Game Smash Membership gives you entry to the Magenta Zone in the SCG for any of the Sixers 5 home Games. This includes the Sydney Smash between the Sixers and Thunder.

Only one (1) entry per game is valid on each membership card.

Once three (3) matches have been attended your barcode will be frozen and will no longer work for upcoming Sixers games at the SCG.

SEAT CHANGE REQUESTS

Changing of reserved seating membership locations will be subject to availability and determined by Sydney Sixers based on the application details provided.The Sixers Membership team will endeavor to assist you in any requests, but it will be subject to availability. You can request a change online through the FAQ tab at membership.sydneysixers.com.au or by calling 1800 SIXERS.

MEMBERSHIP CARD AND PACK REPLACEMENT FEE/CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Members requiring a replacement card resulting from a lost Membership card will be charged an additional $10 fee to have the card re-sent. Members who fail to advise the Sixers of a change of address will be charged an additional $10 fee if a replacement card and Member pack is required.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION, DOWNGRADES AND REFUNDS

Membership applications will be processed as received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. The contents of the Membership brochure, accompanying forms and online pricing were correct at the time of printing and the Club, under no circumstances, takes responsibility for any omissions, errors or changes that may occur.

In the event of an exceptional circumstance, requests for refunds, cancellations and downgrades should be made in writing Sixers Membership Team and will be assessed by Sixers Management. Granting of refunds, either in full or partially, is wholly at the discretion of the Sydney Sixers. Cancellation fees may apply. It is recommended that all supporters read through the Terms & Conditions before they purchase a Membership.

MEMBERSHIP PRICES

All Membership prices are inclusive of GST.

PART PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you elected to pay for your membership by part payments, you are required to have paid your membership in full before the first home game of the season. You can make alternate arrangements by contacting the membership team on 1800 SIXERS or membership@sydneysixers.com.au. If any instalment payment is declined twice, the Sydney Sixers may suspend any benefits of the membership including cancelling your membership card barcode for such period as any instalments remain outstanding.

AUTO ROLL OVER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Auto roll over is only eligible for credit card or direct debit membership purchases. All auto roll over Members will be given a minimum of 10 days’ notice prior to any roll over payments being made for a new season’s membership. This will include any price changes.

You must contact the Sixers personally to opt out of the roll over, if the Membership Team does not hear from you, the membership will be purchased (via the same method as the previous year) on the specified date.

Be sure to keep your email address up to date with the Sixers Membership Team as this is the primary point of contact for such correspondences.

PRIVACY AND TERMS OF USE OF SYDNEY SIXERS WEBSITE

The personal information which Sydney Sixers collects on the Registration Page is used for the purpose of processing your request for membership of Sydney Sixers. Sydney Sixers may also use your personal information in the manner set out in Sydney Sixers privacy policy. To view Sydney Sixers privacy policy, go tohttps://sydneysixers.com.au/privacy-policy.

Any personal information which Sydney Sixers collects on the Registration Page will be disclosed to Cricket Australia in accordance with Cricket Australia's privacy policy.

At any time that you enter Sydney Sixers web site (sydneysixers.com.au ormembership.sydneysixers.com.au) you agree to be bound by the terms governing use of the web site which are in force at that time.

FINALS TICKETING

Your Sydney Sixers Membership does not entitle you to a free ticket to the finals series.

The Sydney Sixers Membership program is only based on the five (5) regular season home games at the SCG.

If the Sydney Sixers qualify to participate in a semi-finals match to be played at the SCG with the Sixers designated as ‘home’ team (having finished 1st or 2nd after the round games) then all Sixers Members will be provided with a priority access period to purchase tickets to this match.

The details of the priority access period, including dates, times and requirements will be communicated to all Members via email in the lead up to this period. 

WET WEATHER REFUND POLICY

If you hold a Sixers Membership and you obtained entry to the match using your Sixers Membership (and not any other kind of membership, including without limitation, a venue related membership) and:

(a)           less than 15 overs were completed during the whole Match; and

(b)           there was no result recorded in the Match

OR 

The match was cancelled in advance of the scheduled date then in accordance with the Cricket Australia refund policy: if you purchase a Team Membership for the same KFC T20 Big Bash League team for the KFC T20 Big Bash League 2017-18 Season you will be eligible for a 20% discount on the cost of your Team Membership. The 20% discount applies regardless of how many “home” Matches are affected by the circumstances set out in paragraphs 11 or 12 in the KFC T20 Big Bash League 2016-17 Season.

In order to receive the 20% discount you must:

(a)    purchase the same or similar type of Team Membership (as determined by the team). Where the Team Membership type you purchased for the KFC T20 Big Bash League 2016-17 Season is not available for the 2017-18 Season then the team will advise you what levels of membership the discount will be applied to; and 

(b)    purchase the same product i.e. adult, junior, concession or family products. Where you previously held a junior or concession membership and you are no longer eligible for that membership you will receive the 20% discount on an adult membership; and

(c)    purchase a Team Membership for the same KFC T20 Big Bash League team for the KFC T20 Big Bash League 2017-18 Season within the time frame advised by the team ahead of the 2018-19 Season.

31.    Team Membership holders do not need to apply for the discount, the relevant KFC T20 Big Bash League team will apply the discount automatically during the Team Membership renewal process.

32.    For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances shall the 20% discount be available to supporters who purchase a team membership package which does not include entry into a Match (for example, team membership packages for merchandise only).
