What age is a junior?
A junior is a ticket holder under the age of 16 years old (as at 1 December 2018).
Can I give my pass to another person to use?
Yes you can! Sydney Sixers Memberships are FULLY transferable. If you cannot attend a match, you can give your Members card to a friend or family Member to use. In this case, an adult cannot use a junior or concession membership to enter.
Who is eligible for a concession membership?
Valid concession types are as follows:
Holders of a Pension Card issued by:
- Department of Health and Community Services
- Department of Community Services
- Department of Veteran Affairs
Pension Types include:
- Aged Pension
- Disability Support
- War Veteran
- Single Supporting Parents
- Disability Carers
- War Widows
- TPI Pensions
- Carers Card
Student concession types include:
- Full time Secondary School Students (16-18)
- Full time Tertiary Students
Tertiary Student identification MUST state that the student is full time. If not, the student must provide supporting documentation from the enrolled school proving full time status.
All Concession ticket holders must produce their Concession cards at the gate.
My child is under 5 years old. Do they require a membership?
Children under five (5) years old are not required to have a reserved seating or general admission membership purchased for them; however, they must not occupy a seat and will need to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Can I pay for my membership by instalments?
Sixers BBL|08 and WBBL|04 memberships can be paid in 4 equal monthly instalments.Your initial payment will be the first instalment and any catch-up payments if you renew after October 1. From your purchase date onwards your will be charged on the 1st of the month until December 1. Your membership must be paid in full before the first home game.
What happens if my address or personal details change?
You can update your personal details anytime at www.sydneysixers.com.au/membership using your cricketID to login. It is important to keep these up to date to make sure you receive important announcements, event invites and your membership pack.
Is there Public Transport to the SCG?
The SCG is a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride from Central Station. All public transport schedule information from surrounding Sydney suburbs is available at Transport NSW or by calling 131500.
Do I need to notify Membership staff of which games I am attending with my Magenta Zone 2/3 Game Membership?
No, you do not need to notify membership staff of which games you will be attending with your 2/3 game membership. Simply rock up on the day with your membership card and use the barcode on the back of your card to scan in through Gate D.
