16 April 2018

Sydney Sixers opening batsman Jason Roy scored an unbeaten 90 from just 53 balls to steer Delhi Daredevils to victory over the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League over the weekend.

Roy was the linchpin of Delhi's innings as the successfully mowed down Mumbai's total of 7/194, with the 27-year-old Englishman hitting the winning runs off the final ball of the innings.

Roy hit 6 fours and 6 sixes in his innings, earning praise from Sixers teammate and fellow England international Sam Billings.
