The Sydney Sixers have returned to their winning ways, ending the Stars four-game winning streak with a 7-wicket victory at the MCG.
Todd Murphy had an outstanding spell, nabbing the crucial wicket of Glenn Maxwell (31 from 14) before bowling in-form Beau Webster for a duck and finishing 2-15.
James Vince (79) and Daniel Hughes (41) were superb for the Sixers, combining for a 99-run partnership to keep the 157-run target within reach.
Moises Henrqiues (8*) and Jordan Silk (13*) finished off the evening, with the Sixers cruising 157 with 11 balls to spare.
