The Sydney Sixers have gone two from two in BBL|13, after a six-wicket win over the Hurricanes in Launceston.
Jack Edwards claimed his first BBL wicket, dismissing Matthew Wade (11) and later, Ben McDermott (11). English international Tom Curran found his form, picking up three wickets including that of the ominious Caleb Jewell (42 from 24), while Ben Dwarshuis finished with two wickets to his name.
Daniel Hughes top scored with the bat, finishing 60no and partnering with Jordan Silk (23) for a crucial partnership to settle the Sixers. Needing 1 from 5, Tom Curran (5no) found the boundary in the final over to secure the victory.
