Sydney Sixers all-rounder Maitlan Brown has been named joint winner of the 2025-26 T20 Spring Challenge Player of the Tournament alongside Adelaide Strikers’ Maddie Penna.
Brown Wins Player of the Tournament
Brown played a crucial role for the Sixers across their performances in the T20 Spring Challenge.
Brown started the tournament well securing 1/23 with the ball before scoring an important 26 not-out to bring the Sixers home for a win over the Hurricanes.
In the following days, Brown continued to star scoring 18 runs off 15 balls & bowling 3/27 then 18 not-out and bowled 3/34 against the Scorchers and Thunder respectively.
Sydney Sixers General Manager Rachael Haynes congratulated Brown on this achievement.
