For the first time in WBBL | 11, the Sydney Sixers will take to the field at North Sydney Oval in Magenta.
Fresh off their ICC Women’s World Cup performance in India, Sixers superstars Sophia Dunkley, Ash Gardner and Ellyse Perry will return home to host the Hobart Hurricanes.
The Sydney Sixers will look to secure their second win of the season, after playing the Perth Scorchers yesterday and securing a dominant win in the West.
Sydney Sixers General Manager said she was looking forward to the first Sixers match of this Summer.
“We are thrilled to welcome back our fans, members and player back home - what is better than watching cricket on the hill at NSO (North Sydney Oval)?”
“Whilst our women’s team is sure to put on a show, we will also host a celebrity curtain raiser from 4.30pm on match day, so get down early, secure your spot and see some stars warm up the pitch for us!
“We also have tonnes of match day activities to enjoy for the whole family, from face painting, glitter tattoos, an autograph station and live music performances. There is something to keep everyone entertained.”

Two all-star teams will play off for bragging rights ahead of the Sydney Sixers WBBL match vs the Hobart Hurricanes.
We will be playing a modified T10 format where each player faces five balls and bowls five balls hosted by Westpac.
