Player Story

Allrounder Moises Henriques led from the front during his side’s BBL|11 campaign leading into a grand final finish, following two previous BBL championships.

Henriques was named Cricket Australia’s joint Sheffield Shield Player of the Year for 2019/20.

In 205 T20 matches, he has scored 3,775 runs and maintained a strike rate of 127. His fast-medium pace has delivered 108 Twenty20 wickets.

Moises enjoyed success in the most prominent of the worldwide T20 leagues – the Indian Premier League – in 2016 with the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

His inspirational leadership, on and off the field, drive much of what the Sixers are about!
